How do I join? 

Congratulations - you’ve joined! Now you just have to show up to our next run. Seriously though - the first step to joining the club is attending a run, and if you are interested in returning, you can become a member to get weekly email communications about our runs. You can also join our Facebook group to keep up with club updates. 

Will I have anyone to run with? 

We usually have 10-20 people at a group run, and they naturally break out into a few different pace groups. Typical paces range between 7 and 12 minutes per mile, but we encourage you to post in the Facebook group or email us prior to the run so we can be sure you'll have company. Also - feel free to bring a friend! 

What if I’m super slow? 

That's OK! We’ll try to have someone run your pace with you. However, we recommend you take a look at the route (posted on Facebook) ahead of time if you can. Also, you might want to get started at our Monday runs, which typically have more people and easy-to-follow routes. 

What if I’m super fast? 

There are a lot of fast people in the club too! There are several sub 2:40 marathoners, even a couple sub 2:30 marathoners who frequent our runs and events.

Does the club do anything except run? 

Yes! We sometimes go out for dinner or ice cream after our runs, and we’ve also held a few picnics. Social options will be posted on the Facebook page and sent out in weekly email communications. 

Does the club enter races together? 

Yes! We have featured races on a monthly basis that many of our members attend. We post those in our Events Page, send weekly email communications and create events in the Facebook page. Also, we will will soon be scouting for people to join our Cross Country teams for the fall of 2022! (All abilities welcome, a passion toward putting your best foot forward is what we'll be looking for!)

What benefits do I get for joining?
