Our weekly runs are free and open to the public and we welcome runners of all ability levels! We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 7 and 12 minutes per mile. If you are near either end of that range and are concerned about having others to run your pace with, please reach out on our Facebook group or email us ahead of time and we can find a match for you.
