Weekly Runs

Our weekly runs are free and open to the public and we welcome runners of all ability levels! We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 7 and 12 minutes per mile. If you are near either end of that range and are concerned about having others to run your pace with, please reach out on our Facebook group or email us ahead of time and we can find a match for you. Our designated beginner-friendly run is the 2nd Sunday every month at 9am starting from the East Lake Sammamish Trail next to Redmond Whole Foods (scroll down for more info).
