Our weekly runs are free and open to the public and we welcome runners of all ability levels! We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 7 and 12 minutes per mile. If you are near either end of that range and are concerned about having others to run your pace with, please reach out on our Facebook group or email us ahead of time and we can find a match for you.
Location: Redmond Downtown Park (Map)
Meeting Point: Near the bathrooms and amphitheater (look for a group starting to gather around 5:55)
Time: We start introductions and announcements at 6 PM. The run leader will describe the route which is around 4-6 miles. We typically start running at 6:05-6:10pm.
Parking: There is a parking lot that is free this time of day with plenty of spots on the NW corner of Leary Way & Bear Creek Way (on the south side of the apartments on Cleveland St). There is also limited parking in the surrounding streets.

*Please note we have not been meeting in the events after daylight savings due to limited availability of tracks*
Locations: In the evening, we bring our own light stands to the International School in Bellevue (Map), allowing you to run without a headlamp. In the morning, a small group also meets at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland (Map). We don't have these tracks reserved, but they are free and open to the public outside of school hours and as long as another party is not renting them (which doesn't occur during early morning hours at either track or post dusk hours at the International School)
Meeting Point: On the track
Time: 6pm (Evening), 6am (Morning) (warmup starts at this point. Arrive 10 minutes early for a warmup.
Bathrooms: Lake Washington High does does not have its bathrooms open during this time, but the porta-potty next to the South Tennis courts (on 75th St) has been restored. The International also has a porta-potty at the bottom of the steps at the Southeast Corner.
Workout for Jan 25, 2023: A lot of us who have participated in the Winter Challenge in January will have taken a well deserved break from high mileage and a good workout to get speed back in those legs is a 6-8 400m repeats, followed by 6-8 200m repeats, with equal length rest breaks between repeats.
We are at our summer location starting June 1, 2023!

Route: Bridle Trails 5.2 Miles/8.4k

Location: The Kirkland Urban complex (Map)
Parking: There is a garage below the QFC that is free with a validated ticket inside QFC (by making a purchase).Routes: Each week we alternate between the following routes:

This is the most free form event of the week. Members will take turns leading routes of their choosing often times with food to follow.

Location: Varies - check back often! If no run specific run leader is signed up by a full week prior, we meet at the East Lake Sammamish Trailhead in the parking lot that is adjacent to Whole Foods (not the actual Whole Foods parking lot)
Route: We generally have both short and long options available. Specifics depend upon location. The route is out n back on the East Lake Sammamish Trail or into Marymoor Park if meeting at the Whole Foods location.
Time: 9am. Update: Starting May 21, 2023 runs will start at 8am through the summer.
