This is an official meet where five members on a team (Women's Open, Men's Open, Women's Masters, Men's Masters) are needed for a team score, but full teams are not required for participation. Event registration fees for members will be covered by the club! If you intend to join us for this event, please click the register button on this page by Tuesday, Nov 4. On Nov 1 we will remind everyone to renew (if it has expired) or obtain their USATF membership (better to wait until Nov 1 in order for it to roll over through 2026). Additionally you will will need to designate LSRC (club # 36-8472) as your primary club on USATF Connect.
No performance requirements to participate!
Women’s Open & Masters (16+) 6k race: 9:30am
Men’s Masters 8k race (40+): 10:15am
Men's Open 10k race (16-39): 11:15am
We will arrive the the team tent at around 8:45am to setup. We'll have the required singlets available for purchase or borrowing (bring your own if you already have one), as we well as a few snacks and nutrition :)
What to expect: The weather is not likely to be great. Be prepared for rain and gusty winds, as well as some standing around to cheer for your teammates! XC shoes with short (1/4") spikes are recommended, but not required. The course is relatively flat with a mix of dirt and gravel.
